TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. competition is hosted by H&M South Africa.

2. The Promoter is H&M Hennes & Mauritz Ltd of Suite 6, first floor, Union Castle Building Dock Road, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town South Africa 8001.

3.To qualify for the prize entrants must sign up to H&M Fashion News from 23 Feb - 13 March or be an existing subscriber.

4.The competition opens on 23 February and closes 23:59pm on 13 march 2026.

5.Entrants need to be 18 years or older.

6.The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of the judges, whose decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7.Winners will need to cover their own expenses for transport and accomodation to and from Sandton City.

8.There will be 75 winners who will get a double ticket each. The winners will be contacted via email on 16 March 2026.

9.H&M reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend competitions at any time if deemed necessary.

10. H&M staff members and their family members are not eligible to enter this competition.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Each entry will be entered into a lucky draw determining the winners. The draw will take place at on 16/03/26 at 10am.

13. Should the winners not respond by 16/03/26 at 17:00pm, H&M reserves the right to draw another winner.
